Your journal or notebook is your best companion. It should always be close by wherever you go so that you can record any thoughts you have while you're out and about.
The next time you have an idea, instead of letting it slip your mind and becoming lost in thought, put it down on paper, and it might one day be the subject of a best-selling book.
